I made an appointment and was in and out in 30 minutes on a very busy day. Best experience ever! Angel checked me in and was so helpful, polite and respectful. When I first called for an appointment he said why don't we do it this afternoon! Javier balanced, rotated, and filled my tires. He's very knowledgeable and I had a question he patiently answered without rushing me. Genuine concern for me and he made me feel like he truly cared about getting everything just right! Terrific customer service from a great team, thank you!

Best service I ever experienced. I was worried at first because some of the recent reviews, but my experience here was completely opposite. I went to the inside counter to purchase tires and schedule an appointment for installation. Someone was already at the counter so I didn't need to wait. The guy behind the counter was 100% professional. I only wanted two tires replaced and he didn’t try to hassle or up-sell me and told me when the tires would come in. That day I received a phone call in the morning and scheduled the appointment for the following day. The following day I showed up at the counter, right at appointment time, and I waited maybe 2 minutes, if that, for someone to come out. Initially it wasn't the person who could help me but he said someone will be with me shortly and even waited there with me, which was only about 30 seconds until the person who could help came to the counter. Quick and easy hand off of the car key, and he stated about 1 hr wait. 1 hr later I received a call that my car was done, went to pick it up, an employee literally ran to get my car key. I wasnt in a rush and would have been fine if he walked, but it really shows that he valued my time. Afte

Worst service I've ever experienced. Quoted time then when that passed by 20+ minutes I went to ask and they were saying that no one was back there working on cars and where was everyone at. At or around the 1hr and half mark they quoted, no one reached out to say here's an update or something happened. If I wouldn't have gone up, who knows what would have happened or even how much longer. Don't waste your time here. I couldn't undo my order but I'm going to unrecommended getting tires from Costco to everyone and anyone I know

I made the appointment for 5:30pm and we were 15 minets early. It's going on 7:31 now and I am still waiting. It's 8:00 and they just started taking the tires off. Never had to wait that long before have to wonder if it was for political reasons.

Called ahead of time to make an appointment at 3:15pm to check on a slow leak in one tire. An hour and half later after shopping and dining in the food court our car has not been looked at. This was on a normal Monday. Was told there are only 2 workers in the garage. There are actually 4-5 workers but still taking a while. If you have a slow leak or nail in your tire try going to a Discount Tire than to Costco. Avoid the 2 hour wait even with an appointment.
